Wow….Took the words out of my mouth. If you have 12 minutes to spare, definitely watch this. It’s well worth it! Warning…if you’re NOT interested in growing in your walk with God or you DON’T know Him and DON’T want to, then you SHOULD watch this :) …. Jesus didn’t come to call the righteous. Have you ever gone online to a store, move to checkout and discover what you thought you had to purchase was free? That happened to me today!!
I checked the mail and found some random brochure for a store. It read that there was a free gift card inside and that I could redeem it online. Usually I just throw stuff like that away, but this time I decided to check out what they had. I found a couple cute bracelets, added them to my shopping cart and proceeded to check out. Lo and behold when I entered the gift card code my balance went from $24.45 to $0.00!!! *insert happy dance* No money out of my pocket and no sweat off of my back :)
It kind of reminded me of the best free gift I’ve ever received…God’s love. It’s crazy when I sit back and think about the fact that my sin (yesterday, today and tomorrow) deserves eternity in hell and as I proceed to “checkout” and look at what it would cost to get out (and knowing that I don’t have that kind of “money”), it’s mind blowing to realize that Jesus already paid the debt. All of it!!Ā
I’m definitely going to be rocking my free bracelets, but I’m going to continue living an Ć¼ber joyful life knowing God gave me the most loving free gift of all; eternal life in heaven with Him!Ā
